By providing resources to parents and caregivers throughout the New River Valley, the Parent Education program aims to foster a positive environment where all families can thrive.
Our community engagement and outreach efforts aim to educate people about the existence of child abuse, the trauma it can cause, and how it can be prevented.
With the help of our sprawling New River Valley community, NRV CARES strives to improve the lives of the smallest and most defenseless members of our society. Our services are available to all Virginians living in the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski, as well as the City of Radford.
